As purchaser you may not:

If LTW”s reputation is in any way hindered by an out of context use of our image created for purchase, damages may be sought to remedy or a flat damage amount may incur to the party not to exceed 100% of the cost to produce the original image. LTW is selective when they partner with a company or private party to create images or services
2. Images created by LTW must not be modified or used to promote immoral, scandalous or obscene material.
3. In any way, use images or services in direct competition with LTW. Or sold to a third party without written permission because of policies that need to be transferable.
Customers of Like The Wind services:
Clients of LikeThe Wind may make use of, alter, or publish Like The Wind images as they wish for any private or business project for embellishment or diagram purposes, with the exception to the limitations provided on this page above for image use and services. Below are further limitations specifically with services in mind. Any limitations viewable on this page may be applied in any way LTW sees fit regarding images and services.
You may NOT:
1. Withhold Like The Wind to use any images or services that likely will be included into a company portfolio produced for purchase from LTW’s professional use in displaying to prospective clients.
2. Images cannot be used to create, be included among, or promote immoral or obscene professional work.
